HOW WE WORK

For over a decade we have strived to provide the best legal and customer service available. We will strive to provide you with top results promptly, on your timetable. We have developed efficient possess using technology and highly trained staff to enable us to better provide top legal and customer services quickly and when you need it.

Communications: Although we always encourage face-to-face meetings in our office, we know you are busy and do not always have time to come to our office. We also know that many of our clients often live or work out of town, or often travel.  Therefore, we can work exclusively remotely by email and telephone. If you need to speak to Mr. Bass and he is not available when you call, he will promptly return your call or respond by email where appropriate.

Phone meetings: You are always welcome and encouraged to schedule a phone meeting as this tends to be the best way of ensuring prompt and efficient communication as both parties will be sure to be available and this will avoid a cycle of "back-and-forth" phone messages.

Initial Consultations: We acknowledge that not every lawyer is right for every client. We believe that initial consultations are a way for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you to see if we are a mutual good fit for our representation. We also will thoroughly discuss your legal issues and begin to analyze the same. Initial consultations can be in person or by telephone.

Fees:  We always strive to keep our fees reasonable.  We know that every client is unique and not every fee structure works for every client. We therefore offer several different fee structures to meet the needs of our clients for different types of matters. Depending on the type of matter, we often can offer varying arrangements including flat fee or hourly fee.  Contingency fee arrangements are not typical at our firm.  For your convenience, retainers and account balances may be paid via check, credit cards, debit cards or money orders.  We accept payments on invoices and retainers online here>

Intake and Conflict CheckIn order to become a client of the firm, we will need to perform a conflict of interest check to ensure that none of our 40 attorneys represent interests adverse to you.  In order to do this, we will ask you to fill out a simple form and retainer agreement.
