Initial Consultations:    In many circumstances we will agree to a free initial consultation; however for some types of matters we will assess a small fee.  The initial consultations generally last one or two hours and we will thoroughly discuss with you all of your options, fees, and and answer all of your questions.                               Schedule an Appointment>

Fees:   We offer several different fee structures to meet the needs of our clients, including flat fee, hourly fee, and contingency fee arrangements.     We accept payments by personal check, credit card and online check.   For your convenience, retainers and account balances may be paid via ONLINE CHECK or via CREDIT CARD via PayPal. We will assess a small fee for use of credit cards.
