LITIGATION:   We view lawsuits as a last resort.   Litigation  can be expensive, risky,  and time consuming, and often does not yield the type of results that one may have expected.  More often than not a lawsuit is simply not in the best interests of any of the parties involved.   Therefore, we make all efforts to counsel and structure our clients in ways that will minimize litigation risks.   In addition, when confronted with potential litigation, we will take measures to quickly and efficiently solve the problem.  

However, whether we are representing a plaintiff or defendant we also realize that  sometimes lawsuits are unavoidable.  For this reason we are prepared to use every legal remedy to represent our clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
