The firm currently represents businesses across the country including clients in Entertainment, Real Estate and other industries. Mr. Bass' experience includes work for major and indie record labels, promoters, bands and musicians, authors, talent agencies, management companies, recording studios, newspapers, production companies, e-businesses, artists, music publishers, and athletes, as well as management work for both national and regional pop/rock bands. Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Bass worked for Rhino Records, Famous Music Publishing Companies (Viacom), MCIWoldCom, Ohio Attorney General Betty Montgomery, Summers, Anthony and Vargas law firm, as well as several other law firms. Mr. Bass has published several articles on various issues, including articles on Music law issues and an article in the Free Press, an Ohio newspaper, discussing Constitutional rights regarding search and seizure. Mr. Bass is also a frequent speaker at various conventions and law schools.

Mr. Bass received a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University with an Interdisciplinary Major in Social Science that focused on Business, Political Science, Philosophy, and Sociology, and graduated ranked 10^th in his major. He also received a minor in Psychology. Mr. Bass received a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law, where he served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association and was a member of Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity. Mr. Bass is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Mr. Bass is a member of the Recording Academy, American Bar Association (ABA), the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA), the Columbus Bar Association (CBA), and the Capital Square Rotary Club. Mr. Bass vice-chair of the OSBA Sports and Entertainment law committee, and is a member of ABA Business Law Section, Intellectual Property Section, and Sports and Entertainment Law Section. Additionally, Mr. Bass is a member of the OSBA Corporate, Real Estate, and Solo, Small Firms and General Practice Committee Sections. Mr. Bass is also a member of the CBA Sports and Entertainment Small Firms/Solo Practitioner committees.

Our main office is located in the heart of downtown Columbus, Ohio and is easily accessible from all major highways. There is convenient parking and and a plethora of shops and restaurants nearby.
